The Clean Rental Ten-Step Transition & Installation Process
Changing uniform service providers should not be a long, tedious process. In fact, the Clean Rental Ten-Step Installation Process minimizes interruptions and ensures a pleasant and easy uniform provider transition.
- Clean Rental staff accurately measures employees guaranteeing proper uniform fit
- Fitting sessions are conducted around production schedules to minimize interruptions
- Additional fitting sessions are built into the process to accommodate employees on vacation, sick or personal leave
- Working with client, Clean Rental identifies areas for locker installation
- Once garments and lockers are ordered, installation and ship dates will be provided to client within two business days.
- During the wait period, if necessary, Clean Rental will assist in removing existing lockers
- Lockers installed in men’s and women’s areas and individually labeled.
- An alphabetic list is placed in locker areas to assist employees in identifying their personal locker)
- Employee work garments are labeled with name tags, company emblem and route code
- Garments are delivered and placed in individual employee locker
- Employees receive personal locker key; company uniform administrator receives master key
Clean Rental Service Director conducts two immediate on-site visits to ensure satisfaction
- First visit is one day following installation
- Second visit at week two delivery
- The Clean Rental Service Director assigned to client account schedules regular on-site visits giving employees the opportunity to ask questions about their uniforms.
- The Clean Rental Uniform Program is now in place. A detailed invoice is given to the client’s uniform administrator at the time of each week’s delivery.
Clean Rental begins to perform all the maintenance on garments including laundering, repairs and new employee additions.
